O OddLot PilotA THATURL, LLC PRODUCT

WHY ODDLOT PILOT

See the workflow. Keep control of your accounts.

Two fair questions before connecting a brokerage: does the product do useful work, and what happens to your credentials and orders?

Free setup resources are available now. Current opportunities and desktop trading tools require licensed access; automation depends on the plan and broker.

DOES THIS WORK?

A reviewable workflow, with real limits.

OddLot Pilot finds and organizes corporate-action candidates, attaches supporting source material, and presents them for review in the licensed desktop experience. The Windows app connects to your broker, checks account state, and prepares eligible orders. Manual submissions require your confirmation. Automatic buying is available only where the plan, broker, account, settings, and server controls permit it.

The software can reduce repetitive checking and order entry. It cannot guarantee an issuer's final terms, a broker's fractional-share treatment, a fill, or a financial result. Selling after a split remains a manual action; automatic selling is not implemented.

01

Review

Licensed users see candidate evidence and timing, then decide whether an event belongs in their process.

02

Connect

The Windows app signs in to selected brokerages locally and discovers eligible accounts.

03

Check

Order paths apply account and server limits and check broker state before submission.

04

Follow up

Order outcomes are recorded for review. Post-event selling requires your action.

CAN I TRUST IT WITH MY BROKERAGE ACCOUNTS?

Your brokerage credentials stay on your Windows computer.

When you choose to save a broker secret or session, the desktop app protects it with Windows DPAPI for your Windows user profile. The app uses the broker connection locally; the OddLot Pilot cloud does not store your broker login or secret. The service does receive account identifiers and trading records needed for access checks and reporting.

Local storage is a boundary, not a promise that trades cannot lose money or that a compromised computer is safe. Review each broker's terms and your own settings before enabling trading.

  • Live trading starts off. Automatic buying also needs your broker switch and an enabled alert category.
  • Broker and server controls limit which accounts and orders can proceed.
  • Manual orders show a review and require confirmation.
  • You can disconnect a broker, forget its locally saved credential, or unpair a computer.
  • Uncertain order submissions are held for reconciliation instead of blindly retried.
